There are a few tricks.
Preparation H will shrink the bags - no kidding.
At night try putting chamomile tea bags on your eyes.
There's also an expensive product - it's called Hylexin - it works wonders on the under-eye bags and dark circles.

Im not sure as how long have your problem been bugging you, but eyebags or sacks under the eyes definitely doesn't look nice. Well my aunt just went for a cosmetic surgery to permanently remove them, if not you may wish to try using ice packs and cream to reduce eyebags.

I've heard putting tea bags on it help. But sorry mate there is no real cure for a hangover.

MAry Kay makes a good eye gel for this. You hav to use it twice a day for a week or so, then you se results.

There are green tea treatments in stores but I think cold cucmber slices are good.

try clinque's all about eyes it takes a few days but you will knowitce a difference
