Well, have never purposely felt another girl up, but once when a bunch of us were young and drunk we "compared" boobs (not my idea, for the record). It was entertaining I guess.

Yeah there just boobs. When we do it it is done in a non sexual way and it is kind of funny because we don't get how guys are so facinated by them. They do make great pillows!

I have only "felt up" one other person, and it was truly exploratory in nature. My sister had a mastectomy and she asked after all her surgeries if me, and my other sister would feel her breasts. It wasn't gross, it was simply because she had to know what we thought they felt like. She was so afraid that it would feel monstrous to us and to her. It was not sexual in any way, but a like one sister confiding a secret to her other sisters.
Other than that---zero boobies felt.

We grab eachothers boobs all the time. We laugh, then squeeze, then laugh again. A cheap thrill we laugh off.

I don't know straight girls who feel on their friends breasts...unless maybe the friend has implants and they are curious about what it feels like.
