I've 'been' with a girl- but I've never done the action. He's never been into threesomes.

My boyfriend says the same thing. What he doesn't understand is that I am attracted to both sexes. He thinks it's because I'm with him now that I am only attracted to men. Doesn't work like that buddy

Well the way I see it is, if you're commited to him and you'll stick with him, then that makes you straight because you've chosen, but if you were with a girl and stuck with a girl, then you're a lesbian, but if you had an open relationship, where you were commited to boys and girls that means your Bi, you aren't Bi if you choose which gender to stick with, you see, so perhaps your boyfriend thinks logically too.

If anyone ever presumed to tell me what I thought and felt, thereby implying that I was too stupid to know myself and my feelings, I would kick their lazy, stupid, and disrespectful a$$ to the curb. Seriously. That is the height of disrespect and I could never be with someone who treated me like sh*t.

You don't stop being bi because you date a man and you don't stop being bi because you date a woman. And no one EVER has the right to hijack your thoughts and feelings and try to control your life - that is f*cked up.

YOU SAY WHAT YOU ARE!!! NOT HIM!!!!

How can you be with someone whose going to try to sway your way of thinking? He's in denial preety much and doesn't like that you're bi....He says that to try to change your mind and to actually BE straight....and just because you're with a guy for the time being, doesn't mean you're straight...

Your boyfriend's ignorant....sorry...

how does he know? its your body, your heart and soul, who says you jave to give it all to one gender. im bi also, having dealt with the many reactions men can give you, i always find there are more to come. some guys find it "hot" like whoa i could have a 3sum. it makes some guys insecure, which may be your case, just ensure him that it doesnt interfere with the relationship at hand, unless he wants it to and you both comfortable with the curiositys which may be in his head.. good luck girl. its hard sometimes having so many points of veiw and intrest coming at ya at once. i have faith it'll fallinto the right place ;)

Maybe it's what he wants to believe because he's insecure about how strong your relationship together is.

A common thought about Bi people is that because we can - we will - and that if we've got one we're automatically going to get bored and chase the other.

Just make sure he knows that while you're together...

He is just in denial. I find girls attractive and my boy knows but maybe your boy doesn't want any doubts you might leave him. He might be scared.
