It could be a computer generated telemarketer. I get them daily!
And doing a reverse number look up doesnt work. Most likely it's unlisted. And when called back, it's a constant busy. My call is coming from MD (area code 301) Could it be the same as the one you're receiving?

I would go to 411.ca or 411.com and do a reverse search with that number. Hopefully for you it will be listed.
Have you tried calling it back? Maybe not right away, but a little while later? They might not check their call display, pick up and actually start talking to you.

someone probably is trying to fax you at home. If you don't have a fax machine they probably have mistaken your # for a business. Call the phone company right after they call and ask to have the last # that called blocked.

Look it up on the internet. I think it is the www.whitepages.com and check it out. Oh i think the buzzing sound is because there is a fax connected. Send them a fax.

Call you phone company and they can put a trace on your line, you just document the time the call originated and they can look back at the trace.
