I just wonder why it would be an issue for you, my brother-in-law has only one and I've never heard him wanting anything like that...there is no reason for it. I assure you women could care less how many testicles you have, but if it is necessary to you than I wish you the best of luck. Best wishes

I dont think so, cause my roomate had both of his removed due to cancer and he has nothing down there now
