What is the code to force a file to download rather than stream?

On my website, I have a MPEG video I made, and when you click on it it streams....Is there a code I can put in where when a visitor clicks on it It'll download without Right click-->Save Target As? Thanks!

If you use it as a MPEG file then it should let you just right click on it and use the normal "save target as" technique.

If its an tag, then it wont let you copy it since youre just embedding it in the page.
