When you get older, it's EVERYTHING. But when I was 18-24, it didn't matter.

There are not many guys at all that will tell you that personality is the first thing they look for in a girl. But it is the most important thing in a relationship if it is going to last for any length of time.

Of course, an physically attractive girl who you can't even hold a conversation with..is well..boring. It might work as a fling...but definitely not long term. Personality is magnified even more in long term relationships. You need to be able to complement each other and be at least somewhat compatible. It helps to have similar sense of humor too. So, yes personality is very important.

the older i get the more important it becomes. especially a sense of humor and a basic level of good will and cheerfulness. those are invaluable traits. being curvy and cute is still good as we oldguys need a little extra stimulation sometimes, but if i had to choose, i would take personality first. lucky for me I have both with my wife.

Personality means a lot. Looks will only get your attention, personality is what keeps it going.

Personality in any person is the most important trait. We do ourselves a great service when we make an effort to accept others for who they are and not for their appearance.

Yes it does. Although IMHO brains and personality are the primary reasons for getting into a realtionship.

it all depends on the goal of the guy. a lasting relationship: yes. a one night stand: no. But i think the same could be said of women. let's not be sexist here.
