my girl friend want to take me to a Trace Adkins Concert but my Best friend Wants me to go to a Eminem Concert wit him on the same day i mean i like rap more than contry but i dont know wat to do

You go to Eminem, and you will leave the show with some aggression due to the nature of his music, and the fact he has several raps that bash his wife won't score any points with your lady. You go to Trace Adkins, and you will make her happy, it will look like you put her needs over yours,and you get to see a whole bunch of honeys showing their bodies during HonkyTonk Badonkadonk. You take her to this show and you will leave horny and your lady will comply and wear you out. The choice is yours...but if I were in your shoes I would be dusting off the cowboy hat.

Healthy couples find a balance between what each of them likes to do. If you're girlfriend insists on always doing what she likes to do, you have an unbalanced relationship. If she often goes with you to things you like to do, you might want to consider accompanying her to the travis concert. If you have a really good relationship you will tell her that you've been invited to another concert which you would personally enjoy more but you will go with her to the travis one if it's important to her. If she's a great girl she'll want you to go where you'll have the most fun.

You are lucky you just have to pick one and try not to hurt anyones feelings on the process!
Either way one of thems going to be dissapointed and just be honest with them about it.
Who did u make plans with first? you kind of owe it to them to stick with those plans. If you think she would understand that you really do like eminem more then maybe she would let you go- kind of doing it as a selfless act. I think I would do that if I knew my boyfriends music tastes-but it would depend on the degree to which he loved the other band and how much we BOTH liked the concert which I had suggested to start with. If it would be asking too much of him i.e. to do what I wanted when there was an oppoutunity he really loved, I'd consider it selfish to insist on it.

If you are really up front an honest about it, she shouldn't have a problem with saying that you made plans to go to another concert. She won't dump you for not going with her to a country concert...

Yeah, your girlfriend would probably be offended that you'd rather go with your friend than be with her. It's not about the music. Plus, if you really like her, you'll enjoy the time with her no matter what you're doing.

Go with your buddy, if your girl is a good girl and understanding, she'll understand why you wanna go see Eminem. If that doesn't help, go with whomever asked you first.
