It's a more detailed Yahoo profile than the regular one. It shows a lot more information about the person if they want. There's a blog, photo sharing, bio information, reviews, RSS feeds, etc. You can also add people as friends in the manner of myspace, facebook, etc.

Its like a Blog. Yahoo 360 offers the blogging feature under the Y!360 brandname.
Similarly Google offers Blogging under the name Blogger.
