I used to suffer that all the time. Then it would/does come and go. This is most commonly associated with an increase of nervousness, anxiety, excitement, stress... Think of it as your body's way of telling you the pressure is on. It can vary in severity and frequency. Mine goes away on its own. Try to notice if you can pinpoint certain times when you feel it most. What is happening, how you are feeling... Wish I knew of a cure for ya. Remember to take care of you too.

That occasionally happens to me when I'm overtired. My eye muscles get sore and strained and the nerve underneath my eye starts to twitch -- people think I'm winking at them! I find eye drops or putting a cold cloth over your eyes sometimes helps. Good luck (and get more sleep!). ;-)

it's a trigger point in the muscle, it's twitching because it's become hypersensitive, you probably need more more sleep, and a relaxing facial wouldn't hurt either - often occurs with stress

That happens to me sometimes too! I think it's becuase we're too stress and we strain our eyes too much. Just relax!
