Take a picture of him coming out of the Ladies room and post it around the office, or the next time he goes in there, plan a surprise party outside the door so when he comes out, everyone in the office is there to welcome him.

You also have to wonder... what the heck is wrong with the mens bathroom? Maybe he has privacy issues, doesn't like urinals, or the bathroom is constantly dirty... maybe he isn't really a 'he'...

Talk to him first, but without accusation or blame. Emphasize how it makes you and other women feel. Ask him why he does this. There could be many different answers.

He could be germ-phobic; he could be looking for some kind of fetishistic thrill; he could be in the first stages of transforming from a male to female transsexual... or he could just be grossed out by the less-than-stellar housekeeping.

I'd also put in a discreet, non-blaming word to your boss, and if you are on friendly terms with the custodial staff, them too. If there's a chance for you to peek into the men's room when no one is around, I'd recommend that too, to see for yourself if it's sanitary or a pig-sty.

Good luck. Cheers, K

There are things that you can do. You can ask him in private if he had his sex changed because if that is the case you can't do nothing about it. I know cause I dealt with two guests like that and we couldn't deny them to in the women's fitting room. If he doesn't then you call human resources about the problem.

Silly, cause there is a women hiding in the womens room. Men like women, cause they put out, and like sex.
