Not me. I've never been screwed, sending or receiving, by any of the big delivery companies. Hmmm, that sounds dirty, but it wasn't meant to.

Anyway, that includes the post office except one time as a youngster when a pen-pal of mine sent a letter and it got caught in a sorting machine and wasn't sent until about a month later a little torn up in a little plastic bag and a sort of form letter explaining that "spit happens." That hardly qualifies as life threatening, or even important, but it did happen. Once.

Of course, my ex-wife has CLAIMED to have sent all sorts of things to me that were "lost in the mail." Mostly legal documents. It's so funny that I have received thousands of pieces of mail in my lifetime, and the only person who has had difficulty, much less REPEATED difficulty is her.... *rolleyes*

I'm sorry to say, but yes, they did.
And I didn't get a refund either.
But I think this is an isolated incident - I find FedEx more reliable than UPS, although more expensive.
PLus their tracking and non-express services are better.
