I'm 18 and i'm leaving for the Air-Force in august but i am having trouble trying to figure out what kinda job i want for the summer. It doesn't have to pay well i just want to stay busy...
any ideas??

Hi. Since you only have a few months before you go into the Air Force, make a list of things you like to do, including your hobbies. Then, find someone else or an employer who does each of the things on your list and work with them or for them. Your local phone book, family, friends, and neighbors can provide leads. Lifeguarding is a great summer job and it helps teach some leadership skills as well as First Aid and CPR training you may need to know at a future date!

House painting, landscaping, valet parking, resturant help, janitorial, bus driver

not glam jobs, but they always have openings, require very little prior experience and you usually can start with minimal training (except bus driving).
