Has anyone fixed or got around error 404(object doesn't support this property or method) for online videos

Question

I can watch and stream videos online, just not the ones that require you to choose your media settings ( yahoo, gamespot, aol etc.) all that shows up is a small red x on the top left corner of the screen or an error on page. I used to be able to watch, so i know i have all the right media players required and codecs, but recently i have been having this problem/bug. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

I have encountered this error before, I simply went to tools from my interenet explorer, then I deleted the cookies and it bacame ok.
