you would have to get every isp to agree to check for you, or hack into every system and look for your self

If you have a router, you should be able to view the MAC client list and that will tell you all the currently connected MAC ID's. If you don't have a router and are going to purchase one I would recommend a Linksys. They work well with most products and VPN's.
