First of all Phish did not do that country remake of Gin and Juice. Sorry to burst your bubble. They do tons of covers though which are just as good.
Secondly, You Enjoy Myself is outstanding. Although at times I think Limb by Limb, Weekapaug Groove, and Run Like an Antelope are my favorites. I'll think of more after I post this.
