The answer is YES.
Excluding the goalkeeper who could use any part of his/her body, specially his/hers hands in accordance to the rules of the game, we have that:
The rest of the players of a football (soccer) team mainly use their feet to move the ball around and shot at the goal, but they can also use any part of their bodies, other than their hands or arms, to propel or move the ball. So that includes scoring a goal or making a pass with their chest.
The only time a player, different from a goalkeer, can use his/hers hand are the throw-ins (ie: when the ball goes out of bounds, the field players throw the ball into play from the sidelines).
