I am a Pisces and the only thing that I can tell you is that we have BIG problems committing ourselves to a person. Pisces need their freedom to move around, and if you try and take that away, then we will start to feel stifled, and closed-in. You just have to give him some time. I can also sympathize with you because I hear the same complaints from MY boyfriend, and I have to tell you, its not that we have a problem committing, its just that we have to do it in our own time without all the added pressure of someone TELLING us to commit. He might just need some time to rationalize things in his mind. But don't worry, we DO eventually come around.

Personally, it doesn't sound like there is anything wrong with you. While I find astrology interesting, I don't necessary believe that what it says will or will not define a relationship.
But if you're really interested in the difference according solely to signs, here is the compatibility report from Yahoo!
When Leo and Pisces join together in a love match, each partner enjoys the new perspective the other brings to life in general. Leo is a strong and assertive Sign, being free to do what they want and taking command of their surroundings. Pisces is quieter and more reserved and introspective. In many ways the two are polar opposites, yet both are dreamers at heart. When they care for one another, they each fill the other's voids and have a caring, mutually beneficial relationship.
Leo is a natural leader and in a relationship with Pisces often becomes the guardian of their weaker partner. Pisces, in turn, gives Leo the audience they need for their ambitions and social performances. Pisces is a Sign that, like Water, fills whatever container it is poured into. Pisces tends to give themselves over to their love match; a kind heart allows The Fish to know Leo in a way that many other Signs don't. Leo's straight forwardness coupled with that doesn't pass into conceit -- the way Leo alone might act -- and isn't overly shy, like Pisces alone may be.
Leo is ruled by The Sun and Pisces is ruled by the Planet Jupiter. Pisces is also ruled by Neptune. The Sun gives out light, life and a focus on the Self to the Leo-Pisces relationship. Neptune is about big pictures, ideas and illusions; but it's also involved with disillusion and fantasy. Leo can help Pisces turn fantasies into realities. Neptune works through Pisces by softening Leo's sometimes self-centered and abrupt actions, channeling their energy into a more creative and fruitful outlet.
Leo is a Fire Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. These two can be very happy and progressive if they recognize the other's needs, using introspection and creative ambition to tend to matters of the heart. Pisces can help Leo learn to be humble and to think of the needs of others, while Leo teaches Pisces to go out into the world and begin to loosen up a bit. But Pisces can be too emotional, too much Water dampening Leo's enthusiasm. Conversely, too much Fire can boil the Water and leave Pisces emotionally burned. Leo and Pisces must establish effective communication in order to ensure their balance is maintained.
Leo is a Fixed Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Pisces doesn't serve well as the boss. They get their greatest satisfaction from bettering the universe, starting with their partner. Leo, on the other hand, comes up with ideas in the first place and suggests little changes to be made here and there in the relationship.
What's the best aspect of the Leo-Pisces relationship? It's their receptiveness to one another's teachings. Pisces shows Leo how to be sensitive and care, and Leo teaches Pisces to make their dreams happen rather than sitting on them. Their ability provide what the other needs makes theirs a truly mutual relationship.

I'm a pisces girl. Guys on this sign are a bit different. Has he had bad relationships before? Pisces can be hurt easily and don't want to be hurt again. We are very dreamy and can be stubborn. Though horoscopes are not everything. I dated a leo boy and I loved him to death but we were very young and It didn't work. Leo's can dislike the dreaminess of pisces but then pisces usually love showering the leo with affection and praise which leo's like.
You have to talk to him though. Pisces, whatever sign anyone is, communication is a must here. Tell him what you want, and if he doesn't agree you have to leave. Pisces don't always live in reality. You have to break their dreaming and put them in reality sometimes so they get the point.

Astrologically speaking, Pisceans tend to be quiet, emotional (as they are a water sign) and quite difficult to read. They also tend to view the world through rose-tinged spectacles, and they are often idealistic dreamers. They can become emotionally dependent on others more easily as well.
The watery nature of Pisces can be damaged by the fiery nature of Leo (and vice versa). If the friendship/relationship is not perfectly balanced, then one or both of you could get very seriously hurt. While a Leo could bounce back from emotional damage reasonably quickly, a Pisces could take a very long time to recover, and that coupled with a fear of getting hurt could be preventing this Pisces from wanting to really commit.

Hey there.
I'm a Pisces and I'm the opposite of your boyfriend. I am single and am currently looking for a relationship. So, if you want a new Pisces man in your life, hit me up. 555-2399 Just kidding there.
Well, they say Pisces are creative creatures and I know this is true because I've always been into the arts and am a musician. I guess we are daydreamers too so maybe your bf is just chilling right now. Give him some time and then he'll realize how wonderful it is to have a girl.

I know that people that are Pisces are born within a certain range of dates that are supposed to match with where the sun is against the star field. There is nothing that is exactly the same with all Pisces' because that would mean that everyone in the world would be exactly like 1 in 12 people because we'd all be exactly like everyone else born in our astrological sign.
It sounds like this person, regardless of his astrological sign has an issue with commitment.

Well, I personally would not like to judge person on basis of his sun sign as people born on same day and same year could be opposite to each other...but as you are curious about pisces, pls find below some information about them....hope it helps!!!
Traditional Pisces Traits
Imaginative and sensitive
Compassionate and kind
Selfless and unworldly
Intuitive and sympathetic
On the dark side....
Escapist and idealistic
Secretive and vague
Weak-willed and easily led
They are never egotistical in their personal relationships and give more than they ask from their friends. They are sexually delicate, in the extreme almost asexual, and most Pisceans would want a relationship in which the partner's mind and spirit rather than the body resonated with their own. Unfortunately they can be easily misled by a lover who courts them delicately and in marriage makes them unhappy by a coarser sexuality than they expected. They are nevertheless intensely loyal and home-loving and will remain faithful.

Hope it helps to understand him better...

My husband is a pisces - he is not able to make decisions on his own very well (and he knows this). It makes me insane sometimes as he'll call me at work to ask me a question that he is fully capable of figuring out on his own. He also is not good at sticking up for me to others when they are wrong as he "doesn't like confrontation" --- this has been a major issue in our relationship.
On the other hand, he cleans up - he's not a slob. He is loving. Yet when angered by something, mad at the world and everyone in it.
Oh well - good luck...

Pisces are free soul. If you really catch his heart, he will be yours. How to catch it? simple: let him "free" and what I mean is do not pressure him to label the relationship.
Another thing is no fights, compassion, love, share a lot together, listen to him, have details with him (not saying to buy a lot of stuff, I mean like write him emails or cards saying how much you like him or how much you care about him) Pisces people like to feel spoiled and the other person is there for them.
If you really are interested in this person, let him flow, he won't cheap on you unless he's not in love with you. Looks like he's interested, but like I told you, they are free spirits and they don't like to be controlled.
If you want to go back with him, do it, but remember, when he's ready he will pop the question.
