What do women prefer to wear when formal, thigh highs or pantyhose?

As sexy as thigh highs are, they don't often stay put and are a real pain. I suppose the only time to wear them would be to tease a man.

Panty hose are completely out of style these days anyway.

I never wear pantyhose, and very seldom thi highs, if you mean the kind that stay up by themselves. They are just like pantyhose without the panty. I prefer stockings, and a garterbelt. Stockings are made from a nice soft and sheer nylon and is very slippery to touch.

I wear them to work everyday, and make sure they are not seen, but when on a date it is fun to do a little teasing when getting in and out of a car, or adjusting them when in private with your date.

It depends on the dress or skirt. If the dress or skirt is long, then thigh-highs would do because the garter bands of the thigh-highs won't be visible anyway. But if the dress or skirt is somewhat short, then it's pantyhose so the garters won't be seen.

Nowadays, however, stockings aren't usually worn anymore with formals. Stockings are now usually worn when going to the office.

I really like stockings with a garter belt. The elastic on thi highs reminds me of pantyhose which I never wear . Too restrictive. E always wear stockings with formal attire, and yes, when in private with my date I do enjoy teasing him a little. But I do wear them to the office on a daily basis, with my business clothes and they stay well hidden.

If you have long legs, it is easy to wear your stockings very high so the tops won't be seen. The better stockings come in lengths, and the better garter belts come in styles that have short garters so they never show. Victoria's Secret garter belts don't really work. the straps are too flimsy and too long to hold up the stockings properly.

I still love and always will love pantyhose, I have worn thigh highs and even stockings with a garter belt, but I always go back to good old fashion pantyhose.

your obviously a have a fetish for pantyhose, most women do wear regular pantyhose, thigh highs are annoying and usually are only used for lingerie purposes......weirdo
