Depends on whats causing the laziness, alot of the time depression causes laziness. A good way to combat this would be to motivate yourself. Also a healthy diet is very important, try eating things that will boost your energy levels, you may also may want to try taking some vitamin-b complex. Its a more natural way of boosting energy levels.

If you had a gal sitting on your back with a fishing pole hanging a string out in front of you, with a favorite as the bait, you would just keep going. Kind of like sitting on a donkeys back hanging a carrot in front of him to keep him walking. I have a hot red head sit on my back and hang a pack of smokes in front of me, so that ill keep walking, and stay motivated.

Find what you really want to work towards and then have a reward such as something you really want or a movie or something. Then reward yourself with maybe points then when you reach your goal you get the reward you wanted.

try eating more fruits and veggies...do yoga. that works for me. also incorporate some exercise into your daily routine.
