Eddie Guerrero was an entertainer inside and outside the ring. You were gonna get your money's worth whether you were there to watch him wrestle or see what kind of stunt he's gonna pull. I think he is one of the best personas that the WWE ever produced. He was himself, and that worked. As a wrestler, great technical skill and ability and was very enjoyable to watch.

People that say he got famous because of his death oviously don't remember when he was WWE Champion. Thats when he went from a guy people enjoy to watch wrestle to a guy people can't wait to see him wrestle. He was one of the only champions to defend and fight for the championship on any show, whether it was televised or not. I can't remember watching Smackdown when he was champion, when he didn't defended the title or fought, he never took the night off. And even when he got screwed by Kurt Angle or by JBL, he never complained.

Yes! I loved his gimmick of "Lie, cheat, and steal". My favorite was when the ref was down and he would get the chair, pass it to the opponent, lay down and pretend that he got hit with the chair, and when the ref woke up his opponent got disqualified. Another favorite was when the ref had his back turned, he would get the belt and give it to his opponent and his opponent would get caught and also be disqualified for it.

Nope... but since his death both him & Rey Misterio have gained a lot of popularity, despite the fact that they were battling each other with all they had before his death!!
