Is this your first baby? Check with your OB. Relax. Eat some spicy food. Some babies are a week overdue. Just depends on when they are ready to come out. Good luck.

That baby will come when it's good and ready. What does your doctor say? If both you and the baby are still healthy then you just need to be patient. I know that's hard to hear, as I remember what the waiting was like, but I'm afraid it's true.

I wish i knew the answer to that too, i have tried everything, and am in the exact same shoes as you. I even tried sex though, and that hasn't worked, it just goes to prove that every baby is different, and will come when it's dern well ready

You pretty much just have to wait. My sister in law was at 3 cm for 3 weeks before she had her baby. She walked every day too. Don't worry it will come.

You'll know when you're ready when he/she is ready. Maybe the baby has gotten too comfortable in the womb. It is a comfortable 98 degrees in there. What baby wants to leave that comfort?

How overdue? Sounds to me it should be any day now. I know it's frustrating and hard to be patient but you will just have to wait : )

I know you are tired of being pregnant but the baby is going to come when it is ready. Relax and stop exhausting yourself. You are going to need your energy for the delivery.
