i like febreze air effects, citrus and light, but is there any better smelling ones??

You can use Oust. They have some nice smelling ones. I'm a dude so I spray it over my laundry hamper with clothes that I don't wash for days. Yea, I'm lazy.

You should try Ambi Pur... They promise delicate scents and unique shapes... My family used them for our home and cars.
