Let me first start by saying KEEP SAYING NO. You should wait for a guy who will wait for you, you shouldn't have to keep telling him to stop, someone who cares for you, will sense you're not ready and stop, or they won't even try in the first place until you say it's okay.
Second thing is, you are 12 yrs old, you have PLENTY of time to find mr. right to have a good long relationship with and once you know he's not using you, then you can have sex with him if you're safe (always use a condom).
I think you should talk to him and let him know you're definately not into having sex with him just because you live with him. If he argues- then try to move out. Why are you living there anyways? Can you go to a relatives or a close GIRL friends? I lived with my boyfriend for 6 months and it was the worst decision i've ever made. Stay at home with your parents for as long as you can if possible, save up some money, get into a decent college and become an independent woman, believe in yourself and trust your instincts!

I don't know if you're are trying to get attention and this is all some sort of joke, so I'm going to go ahead and answer just in case it's not.
You are 12 years old. You are young enough that you still have a world of possibilities available to you. If you were my daughter, I would check you into some sort of behavorial health center right this instant. You are too you, too immature, and too irresponsible to deal with the consequences that come along with having sex. Finish Jr. High, then High School, go to college, and then get married and have sex. If you can't wait that long at least wait until you've matured more and are responsible enough to know to use a condom without having to ask.

Your only 12. Take your time, slow down. You said ex-boyfriend. There's obviously a reason you broke up with this guy once. Sex is something that is very, very special with the RIGHT person. You need to think about this. Do things together that help you know each other better but don't let yourself get into situations where sex can happen. You've got a lot of time.

If your 12 you need to wait no matter what. I dont think you should be living with anyone else other than your parents. If you do decide to do it, then use a condom... getting pregnant isnt going to be fun for you at all and not fair to the child. Even though sometimes you dont care in the " heat " of the moment. You are young, enjoy your life... enjoy kissing.... all that goes away... sex changes everything. You will see... a lot of people will tell you that on here.

What kind of father allows his 12 year old daughter to live with a boy. You should have a boyfriend in the first place. You need to get your education . Plus, what mother would encourage someone to have sex and to sweeten the deal:use a condom.The parents and the boy need to be in jail and you need to be in a Psyche ward.At 12, what feel good to you? A wet a** because that all you're getting.There is no pleasure in what you are engaging in.Get help immediately. Run to the nearest mental ward!

You're 12 and you live w/Ex-b/f?! WHAT was your mom thinking when she told you you could do that!?!! AND WHY would you want to live w/EX? Doesn't make sense and WHY are you thinking of having sex you're only 12?!!!!! You need help AND it's obviously not going to come from anyone telling you can live w/exbf or someone telling you you can have sex when you're only 12(condom or not), it's sad obviously these people you are around have no life or a very crappy one and have NO desire to see you do any better w/your life than they did w/theirs. If you are 12 why aren't you at home? Sex is for mature adults. What type of mother will tell you this is ok? Being a teen mom I can speak from experience. My girls are about to 15 and it is still hard. I'm about to have my third child and I would never recommend any of this. My twins know I don't play that mess. I monitor all their activities and if I think something is going on I speak on it. You need to go home and find God.

why the hell did you move in with your ex in the first place.
you do not need to be having sex at age 12 in the 2nd place my parents are age 44 and they said people don't need to have sex until they are in there 20's or 30's but sure in the hell not at 12.
My cousin got pregnant at 15 and now the baby lives with his grandparents. also why in the hell did yours and his parents say you could move in with each other at twelve I think this is a huge lie to get people to feel sorry for you but people are just thinking you are a idiot and for sure a asshole to even want to go to 3rd base
