There is not difference. Anything we create for the sake of creation is art, be it crafts, paint, writing, drawing, architecture or interior design.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Are you talking about arts and crafts? If so, then in answer to your other questions I'm not sure technically but I consider an artist to be more creative; able to create something out of nothing, therefore an artist could also be a crafter if they wanted. On the other hand anyone could take up crafts that wanted to. You don't have to have any great artistic talent for that. But that's just my opinion.

Art is in the eye of the beholder. If I am a mom and I have a little child who makes me a picture, that is art to me. If I am an art collector and lust after a Van Gogh or Picasso, that is art to me. If I am an average person who doesn't like fancy art or have children, maybe music is art to me, or a hand made purse or frame I see in a street market. Crafts can be art and art can be crafts-it's all in the eye of the beholder.

It is normally termed Arts & Crafts.
Crafts as artistic practices are defined either by their relationship to functional or utilitarian products, such as sculptural forms in the vessel tradition, or by their use of such natural media as wood, clay, glass, textiles, and metal. Folk art follows craft traditions, in contrast to fine art or high art. Craft or craft work is also a general term given to activity by people in a covern or an occult group.
The Arts is a broad subdivision of culture, comprised of many expressive disciplines. In modern usage, it is a broader term than art, which usually means the visual arts (comprised of both fine art and crafts).
A precise definition of the arts can be contentious.
Basically it includes most items that can be visually appreciated.
