You get an account with book wholesalers such as Ingram Book http://www.ingrambook.com/ They have a page specifically for book sellers like you with the instructions on how to order from them and get an account with them http://www.ingrambook.com/new/booksellers.asp

I also suggest you attend the Book Expo America http://www.bookexpoamerica.com/App/homepage.cfm?appname=288&moduleid=42 which is a major and definitely one of the biggest trade shows ever. Next year it will be in New York, so start making plans to attend. I attended this year's expo in Washington DC and all the book publishers big and small are represented in the expo. This is the best place to create accounts and meet book publishers.

Also, get a copy of the book Writers Market for listings of book publishers. Contact each individual publishers and create an account with them. For example, Time Warner Books (Hatchett Group) has a page on their website for Bookseller Services including their catalogs and backlists http://www.hachettebookgroupusa.com/catalog/index.shtml

The trade magazine Publisher's Weekly website has a list of important industry links http://www.publishersweekly.com/industryResources.html from publishing associations to publishing industry.
