that's not a tough question, DUH...Chris Brown...and like you said not just because of looks, but the boy is SOOOO FINE and multi-talented. He can dance, sing, he has a good personality, great sense of humor (well, it's not like i really know, but im sure he does...from what i've seen on TV...lol) and i love his charisma! and the fact that he's a funny guy and likes to plays around and silly stuff, not so stuck up and all! ya know what i mean? But i luv me some Chris Brown, and that's who i say is the hottest male celebrity!!!! others, may disagree, but hey, who are they to say i can't state my own opinion! CHRIS BROWN ALL THE WAY!!!! (it's like im in manager in a campaign or something...LOL) :-)
