hi, i have a nokia phone and i am on Orange network. i wish to take off the 'Orange' writing from the screen, you know when the screen is on standby, as it interfeers with the wallpaper i wish to put on (its a photo of me and my friends).
i have checked the settings, display settings, operator logo, and it is set on OFF already. but the orange writing is still there. what can i do to make the writing go away?
ive even considered getting a transparent operator logo (as if to go over the 'Orange' writing), but no luck either. when i received the transparent operator logo i pressed open/view, then save. but then my phone just shuts down and comes back on again after 10seconds without me doing anything.
is it my phone? or the orange network who insist that the 'orange' writing is there??
thank you so much, in advance, for any help.
x

If your phone is operated under symbian system, u can download OpMan and install in your symbian operating system phone. If it is on a series 40 platform, you can download a blank logo file from your phone browser and you can select. Another way is to bring back to Nokia and get help

You cant remove the logo.

If you really want to get rid of your logo, just take it to a mobilr phone shop. There's one on every corner in any town. I'm sure the guys would be glad to help you out.
