I know lots of prison get married or civil wedding in the jail but not allowed to live together,but the agency has its own rules and guidelines if they allow it or not!ask you government about it or a legal counsel!

There are clergy that work for the prixon system. They can marry an inmate while he is on a visit from his girlfriend. They can purchase a marrage license through the state.

I'm not sure, but they do have procedures that allow you to get married. They probably just send papers to an official.
