Folks today use the term "like", -even for the office of the President, like it's even relevant.

You could ask the question...
Do you concur with the president's foreign policy?
Do you agree with the top 3 agenda issue of the president?

At least then you getting close to being able to talk inteligently about the office and whomever the current president is. President is a job and that job is tempo, agendas, and basically a cheerleader and visionary for the USA.

And besides, the less these politicians 'do' the better, -esp. the Legislature. As Ronald Reagan said, - "The scariest phrase to hear is a knock at the door and the person saying, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help'".

President Bush

Yeah, I actually do. I think he's a good leader, and a man who sticks to what he says. I mean, he came into the job after 8 years of a president who let terrorists walk all over him, and before a year was over, we were attacked. He stepped up to the plate and they haven't hit American soil again. Because of him, Sadaam is history, Al-Zarqawi is dead, and more and more insurgents are biting the dust. Iraq is a democracy now, out of the hands of an evil dictator, and thousands upon thousands of citizens know what it feels like to be able to vote and speak out. Our unemployment rate is down, there are more jobs, things are looking good, I think. And I hate it when people say he is killing our soldiers. Every man and woman that wears the uniform signed up knowing that if we ever went to war they would have to go and perhaps die-it's not Bush's fault, it's the crazy insurgents bombing them. We must face terror and tyranny whenever it appears and try to stop it-liberty is too precious to have that in the world. So Bush isn't perfect, so what? He's not the worst we've ever had either!

NO. He has some great ideas, but his follow-through is lame. This Iraq thing is enough to drive me nuts. Our economy is in horrible shape, and alot of uninformed people choose to blame illegal immigrants, not giving second thought to the millions we are sending to Iraq. Iraq is wealthy--look at there oil. Why does he insist we fund the rebuild? Why cant they help themselves. Someone on here the other day asked a question about immigrants and english...shouldnt Bush--our "president" learn english frist. When he talks all I hear is rambilings which means one of two things to me, 1. He is lying or 2. He has no idea what he is talking about. Either way, we need a new president. How he was re-elected beats me.

Yes, I do! I think he is a very strong President, much milined by the media, and the left, which makes me admire him even more. He does not shift with the polls, he has a strong back bone and is willing to make the tough decisions (that aren't always popular). He was handed an economy that was lagging, issues with terrorists that had been ignored by his predecessor, and within his first year a major terrorist attack on this country. He has handled himself very well.
While people may not like some of his decisions they need to remember that it would be impossible to please everyone.

President Bush should go somewhere. I can't wait till his term is over becase he is a horrible president and has made bad choices from the start. Plus he can;t keep a story straight. AAnd our soldiers are dying because of him.

Could have been a great president if he had not been fixated on Saddam. Invading Iraq was a blunder of major proportions. Still I prefer him to a hypocrit like Kerry.
