Is microwaving food harmful? I've heard that if you water a seed with microwaved water, it won't sprout?

When you microwave things you let off electro-magnetic radiation. That is why you want to check the seal on your microwave occasionally because if this leaks it is very harmful. Microwave radiation puts you at risk for cancer.

Yeah,I'm pretty convinced that it is harmful!I've read in a reliable magazine that the way food is heated in microwaves,results to the destruction of the bond between oxygen and hydrogen in the water.And since all food contains a great deal of water,this goes in any case!Anyway,the main point of the article was that this effect makes the food harmful and may even cause cancer in extreme cases!But I bet this happens mainly when food is cooked in a microwave oven,not simply heated!!All the same,shouldn't it be avoided??Oh,and I haven't got the faintest whether seed watered with microwaved water doesn't sprout!but I may as well give it a try!

Yes they are very harmful and not good for food at all. Remember they came about from weapons research, which should say something about them right there
