Well I woke up & my name wasnt in the obituarys so THAT was a good start then I have the day off the man and kid are out of the house today so its just me and the dog the sun is out & its only 10:30 am cant get any better than this :)

i was until i hurt my knee in ju-jit-su practice.i was training and my partner put to much umph in a leg lock and...OUCH!...oh well im use to it...a little ice and some bengay and it'll be fine...

I am having a great day, (so far), thanks. Sun is shining, birds are singing and the fresh scent of fabric softner is floating from my dryer vent. Ah...nothing quite like clean clothes.
