I have a secret that I've been keeping my whole life, one that has caused me deep shame, but which I feel I finally need to reveal to someone. The anonymity of the internet has at last given me the bravery to come clean.
All this time, wherever I am, in school, on the job, in public, I have been secretly naked underneath my clothes.
I know, you are shocked, you are horrified, and frankly, so am I. I know it's wrong, I know it, but somehow I can't help myself. I just have to go naked, underneath my clothes.
It doesn't matter who's around me, either. Men, women, children even, and none of them suspect my terrible perverse secret. Imagine how my family would feel if they found out.
What can I do to stop? I want to be like everyone else, I want to stop this sick behaviour. Just imagine it, a grown man walking around in public completely naked with nothing but a layer of clothing on!
Please help!

You know what? U are not a perv because you have clothes over your body, and it is not like you get a thrill from being around young and old while dressed as you say. Get over it , I believe that when you were brought into this world you were in your birthday suit!!!! Chill, relax! As long as you do not go out in public showing your personal areas, then do not worry. Start worrying when you get off to the people that are next to you or when you fantasize doing bad things to innocent people. For now console yourself that you are okay. C'mon that is American culture, but in other cultures nudity is best because there is no clothing line for them other than banana leaves or brush leaves.

if this practice is limited to only wanting to keep your private parts free of under garments, it's alright, you can adopt to wearing them by determination. and begin right away, your unnecessarily harbouring the insecurity that people might find out, will atleast end. it will also resolve your guilt complex that you have been behaving abnormally. what i was interested to know was, have you tried to expose your genitals to women, or children or even men, anytime when you got a chance to do so? this pervert streak in an abnormal person is called exibitionism, and you perhaps might have come across such perverts sometime! these people get satisfaction by shamelessly showing their erect or sleepy penis to others, so that the viewer is embarrassed, offended, and avoids reporting it due to shame, that they have been targeted to the indecency, if police find out or someone reports and complains, these perverts could be arrested for sexual offence, assault on modesty. most of the rapists are also found to have indulged in this, before commiting rape. since you feel ashamed and guilty, stop this style of yours. you are not cofessing to everything, i am sure. if you have the urge to roam naked, go to Goa, full of beaches, you will find hoardes of hippies, indian and foreigners, moving naked there. shed your clothes on a swimming pol, except for a swimming trunk, and feel free. might help.

I' ve a cure for your dilemma - buy a big tube of really fine lotion, while you are "just naked" rub it all over you. Then put your clothes on - you will no longer be naked, you'll be covered by a thin layer of lotion that seperates you from your clothes and your nakedness.
You'll be forever free to walk about without being naked under your clothes again.

I am sorry you view this as a problem.
I see nothing wrong here at all, you are covered and discreet and not making anyone look at your private self. If you are ashamed then stop the behavior, but I see no shame in it at all. Maybe your culture is prohibitive of this?

Just try to wear under wears for 1 hour then 1 day then 1 week & see that u'll be accustomed & everything will be just fine!!
