I know what you are driving at. The answer is
1. First take the money and who knows you may not really die the next day.
2. May be since your heart is so weak that you are ging to die the next day, the shock of getting such a huge sum would be sufficient to stimulate an heart attack a day in advance and you may die the same day or even as per the question you are to die next day you would be in a coma.
3.You may win the lottery but the money to reach your hands may take days/months and you would not be alive to see it by your eyes or in your hands and in the absence of claimany money may go to govt kitty.
4.The moment people come to know you have won they may shoot you and take the winning ticket
5Since you do not know you are going to die next day you would only be drawing plans as how to spend the money.

Do I know I'm going to die the next day? If I don't, I'll probably spend the day thinking about what I'm going to do with the money and then I'd be out of luck!

If I did know that my time was up, though, I'd convert it to American dollars and set up bank accounts for my husband and family. I would set aside a nice amount, though, and have the best final meal ever and book a suite at a swanky hotel for my hubby and myself for the night!

Call up the people I am going to give it away to and tell them: "Do you want the good news or the bad news?" The good news is I am going to give you x million euros and the bad news is I'm going to be dead tomorrow." It would be very interesting to see how well they pretend to be mortified but secretly ecstatic.

I live in America, so I don't know how much euros are, and no one knows when they are going to die, but my children would get the money!

Leave it as an inheritance for my children. If I don't have children, donate it to a charity or to the church.
