The person who answered the question first has a great list. One more I would add is The E-Myth Revisited - Why Most Small Business don't Work and What to do About It by Michael E. Gerber ISBN# 0-88730-728-0

E-Myth Revisited is an excellent book! some of the parts are a bit drawn out, however it gives you a great perspective of how to run your business, how to establish a "turn-key" business for future success, and how to prioritize your business in relation to the rest of your life. I would highly recommend it!
