I should report you for putting too many questions??? jest kiddin' lol
The most desirable past... 18th century europe! Beautiful buildings, men were gentlemen...... and everyone's polite... at least that's what the movies tell us!
In future, if I want to be with my son who's half way round the globe, I just press the speed-dial number on my cellphone and I'm transported to this new place in less than a blink! Only trouble is must make sure the keypad lock on the cellphone works and some kinda enhanced security on the system is highly required !
...coz I don't want any funny guy to suddenly appear in front of me while I'm doing my stuff in the loo!! LMAO

I would probably want to go back to the time when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. This is not a famous world event but I wish to know why they suddenly ceased to exist.
What I expect in the future is that technology will be much more advanced. However, as we become less conscious about protecting our Earth, the weather will become worse. It will either become hotter or colder than what it is now. There will be less species of animals cos' most of them will be extinct as a result of humans poaching them. Surprises may include aliens invading us or life found on other planets.

I would go back to the time of Ramses, son of Seti, in Egypt.
I would like to be there when he was building his tomb and the many trips that he made down south to help build temples and assist his people.
I would go forward to around 3000 AD to see the changes and improvements that society has gone through. I think that the technology would surpass what we have by loads and loads, and people would no longer fight as they (everyone in the whole wide world) would have realised that killing another is NEVER a right move irregardless of the cause.

I think I'd go back and be a rich Victorian lady. It would be boring I'm sure and oppressive but I'd have the a most lovely dress with a hoop!
Or I'd go back to Tudor times in the court of Henry VIII and see what that was like and also get to wear a nice dress.
Or I might like to be an American pioneer in a covered wagon.
I wouldn't like to witness anything in particular just everyday life.
and I don't think I'd like to go forward at all. I can wait and I'd rather not know.

Imagine for a second that you could travel the universe with a "Dr. Who " and could go any where at any time. I would love to watch the cosmic explosion that caused the "Eta Carinae" event in space or watch a super nova as it happens. Imagine the big bang or the collapse of our universe as the planets one by one are pulled into the sun. Or the emergence of Jupiter as a new star in the galaxy.
Of course winning the lottery wouldn't be so bad either.

If I could go back in time, I would only go back about 40 years to see my dad alive again and tell him how much I love him...
He died thinking I didn't love him and I never told him...
As for going forward, I would go forward to the time in which Jesus has chosen to come back to Earth so I can watch Him arrive and pick up His chosen people and take them to Heaven with Him...
At that point, I would be with my dad and the rest of my family that had already passed on and get to be with them forever more...

Yep I would love to time travel to periods in history, here are but a few:
* see the construction of the pyramids in Egypt.
* visit Jerusalem during the time Jesus was preaching
* witness Hernan Cortez' arrival in Tenochtitlan
* see a Shakespearan play at the time that Shakespeare wrote it
* perhaps an audience with Queen Elizabeth I

This is a real good question. I would go back to the days when everything wasn't that rushed. Were you had to travel with horses, cowboy style. But if i really had a time travel machine i would turn time back to 2 weeks ago when i dumped my boyfriend and not dump him, cause im really regretting it. If i go to the future i would like to see all the new technology.

I'd go back to the time period of the Forrest Gump movie. I loved how his life was based around all of those wonderful events (hello, he taught Elvis how to dance). I'd travel in the future about 6 years from now to see if I've gotten married yet!

Thanks for asking!! Oh, also...as far as the future goes, I honestly wouldn't like to travel ahead...The more we progress, the more f#$%ED up the world gets...Not trying to rush the times...
