demons might not look like the ones in the movies but they do exist. those who can see them are second sighted.

The movies obviously take some literary license, and often sensationalize the issue, so I'd take the images of the demons with a grain of salt, but many movies -- such as The Exorcist and The Exorcism of Emily Rose -- are fundamentally based on actual demon possessions and have a lot of basis in truth. You'd have to study the original cases to discern fact from fiction in the movies.
Demons and demon possession are real and well documented. Possessed people have been able to accomplish physically impossible feats. I recall one case where letters appeared underneath the skin of a possessed person. Women sudden acquiring male voices, people knowing things they couldn't naturally know and other things demonstrate the reality of demons.
Nevertheless, as C.S. Lewis said, there are two errors we can fall into with respect to Satan: Giving him too much credit, and not giving him enough credit. We must not become obsessed about the issue, but neither can we dismiss it all as myth.

Demons exist. No doubt--whether they manifest as the horrible looking creatures we see in movies--I don't know.
I can not get past the thought that if they appeared like that who in the world would want to align with them? They gotta be shape shifters are something. Maybe the movies portray them as ugly to show their real nature.

Not in the physical sense. Demons are actually fallen angels that chose to follow lucifer instead of God. They, like angels, exist in the spirit realm and are beings of energy, not matter.

well they are and they are not for they can look just like us or more of deluding the eye to make us believe they do but in movies they have horns which some do they r red which is not entirely true for their color can be green blue and black the sure thing is that they have a longitudinally slit eye pupils like cats & like movies
