i think he is guilty

I think to the question of whether or not Jackson molested those children, yes, without a doubt. However, and I'll probably have a lot of people disagree with me, I don't hold him completely responsible. If Michael Jackson was a normal human being and an actual adult then it would be a different story but to point is, he never actually grew up did he. I mean the guy became a pop legend at like 6, he spent his whole life performing because he had to, he's been trying to change his appearance for like 30 years and his best friend is a monkey. Come on, clearly he's not in the right state of mind, I think that the first time it was his fault and he was reprimanded and had to pay a mass amount of money...which the victim accepted there-by wiping that issue out. Now, after the first incident wouldn't most mothers make a point of keeping their children away from him. But they didn't, in fact they urged their children to spend the night with him, fought to get their children into Neverland and then sat back and waited. Because he's so clearly out of his head logic says that just like any other child he would have repeated his offence at the constant temptation. I do not condone what he did, and am in fact disgusted at the prospect, he is guilty of molestation, but not to blame for it this time. I blame the parents who let their children continually spend the night with a known pedophile. Just my opinion.

In my opinion, I do not think that any of us have the right to say if he is guilty or innocent. We were not there when this took place. However, a child is an Innocent person who should not even know of things in this sort, however the way many people work to day, they are after the money. I would really hate to see someone that would say there child was molested just to get money, but I am sure it does happen. So in my final opinion, I don't think I can really answer this question honestly with out being the one to investigate the case, however if he is guilty, and God knows, he should burn in HELL.

He's guilty as hell...I mean, he's been busted for this kind of stuff more than once. I'd've sooner seen the guy go down (no pun intended) as some cracked, smacked out musician like a David Crosby or Keith Richards. The biggest tragedy of all is that Michael Jackson had a lot of talent. It's a f--king waste of a career, because even if he were to make "Thriller II" tomorrow whatever crediblity he had left has been shot. All because of his twisted perversions he should have known would catch up with him one day...oh well, maybe he'll end up broke enough that he'll sell The Beatles' songs back to them.

I think he is either truly guilty or just plain stupid. How does a grown man take young children into his bedroom overnight and have them sleep in his bed and think that it is alright. I am a mother and a grandmother, and I wouldn't dream of having my friends children or grandchildren sleep overnight in the same bed as me. It just isn't something that's done, especially in this day and age. He deserves to be prosecuted and ridiculed for this type of behavior from a grown man. Whether he has issues from his own childhood or not, he IS an adult now and must take responsibility for his own actions and life. I think the whole thing is a crock! If you have his kind of money and you want deviate sex, then pay for it like other deviates. Don't prey on young innocent children that you may have access to. And these kid's parents? Oh my, that is a whole other problem.

i believe that he is guilty but because he is famous he got off with it like so many others (crimes that is not pedophilia) also i don't think he should be locked up i think he need to get help hanging around with young kids and doing things to kids is wrong in so many ways another reason he got off with it is because of that Gavin Arveso and his mum because he may not have done anything to him but his mom was a money grubber that is the only reason she wanted to see it through and because of the way she was if Jacko did do something it appeared that she was only there for the money it is my reckoning that he would have gone away if it wasn't for her being a lire

Michael Jackson is a mentally ill person who may actually believe that he did nothing wrong. I think he did commit abuse with those children, but also, I believe the parents are more to blame than Michael because they allowed it. Michael needs a professional diagnosis and treatment. This is truly a sad case for everyone involved.

In my opinion he is guilty, but so are the parents that know his past and let their children around him, they are not showing very good judgment as a parent. Now these children have to try to get over this ordeal for the rest of their lives. That is the real crying shame. The children have to pay the price for adults making bad decisions, breaks my heart for them.

While I believe that he has probably molested children in the past, the case that was brought against him was very weak from what I have heard. The child's mother seemed to be motivated by factors other than her child's welfare and made a horrible witness with no credibility.

Yes I do! I think he is strange and rich and has even stranger habits that make him an easy target but on the other hand I believe that if other accusations from where he is at now surfaced then I may have to rethink his innocence.
