Let me be the first to actually know what they are talking about, and thanks for giving me a decent question to answer......I think Mobb Deep are heavy - their lyrical content and beats are way ahead of their time...but they have never made it on the commercial scene, and unless you know about them, you dont rate them. So i think for them, linkin with G Unit will be a money maker, as well as a good business step..... they will release some thight beats that are good to dance to when you are out and that with sick baselines without a doubt, but personally I feel they will be better as Mobb Deep on their own.

So long as they don't get anywhere near as popular as 50 who doesn't like anyone coming close to his spotlight (i.e., The Game)...
