You should first see your doctor for an exam, as this could be a condition called hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body, or it may be localized to one area. I'm guessing that you already use anti-perspirant and shower lots, so here's another idea. Buy some alum (used to make pickles, in the seasoning aisle at the grocery store) and put about 1/4 c. in a bath, and then bathe in it. It helps block the sweat glands.

You could try drinking soy milk. It helps women who are going through menopause to relieve night sweats. Soy milk can be purchased in various flavors. Try it and see what happens.
