No. I had sex with same partner and we did it wildly several times a day. Eat right, and know when you ovulate..best time to catch it right on.

I asked the very same question. I was told that it depends. Mostly doctors ask men that already have a low sperm count to go a few days without sex to build it up again. So yah if your man already has a low sperm count then you might want to think about waiting a few days. I was also told that as long as you only had sex about once a day then you should be fine. You just need to let his sperm rest up for about 24 hours. My fiancee and I have sex like jack rabbits so I understand your plight. :-) Good luck on conceiving. I'm trying too!!

no, unlike women men produce sperms, having sex does not in any way reduce sperm count,
'In less than 1% of males with infertility problems, a problem with sexual intercourse or technique will affect fertility. Impotence, premature ejaculation, or psychologic or relationship problems can contribute to infertility, although these conditions are usually very treatable. Lubricants used with condoms, including spermicides, oils, and Vaseline, can affect fertility. Astroglide, Replens, or mineral oil may not be as harmful to sperm. However, oil-based lubricants can damage latex condoms and should be avoided.'
some of the things that reduce a sperm count in men are shown on the website below

Well I have been trying to conceive for 1/12 years now and my husband's sperm have been checked and he was normal. The doctor told us that if you have sex at least 3X's a week, that's all you need to get pregnant. It lowers your partners sperm count by 70% every time he ejaculates.

Yes it does.
I recently went in for the sperm count thing, as we were trying to conceive. Rule #1 was not to have sex for THREE days prior to coming in to give a donation.

Yes, if you are trying to concieve have your man wear loose boxers and put a cool compress to his testicles at least 48-60 hours prior and try to refrain from having sex or ejaculating sperm and you will build enough potent sperm to concieve a child. I am a father of 5. It works.

I wish we could all stop worry about ovulation and sperm count and just enjoy the good old sex, believing that what will be, will be. So long as medical exams showed no abnormalities, we should just have fun.

yes once every two days is what a doctor will recommend...that's why I think it's best not to even try because I'm not willing to sacifice that maybe that's why I've only had one child in 6 years and one miscarriage... with out birth control... until just recently ( I really don't want any more children right now) we have sex at least once a day but normal more often...twice...three times...four..the record.... 6
