Business today face a market that is competitive. They need to have a strategy in place that sets their company on the path of innovation.
Consumers are drawn to the company or businesses that take a personal interaction to them. They want to be sure that they have purchased the right product at the best price.
Not only that but they want to feel needed. Look at Nordstroms. They have personal shoppers. They are number one when it comes to service. You are able to return merchandise if you are not happy with your purchases. Usually, a good salesperson will call you up and inform you of something they think you may be interested in. My salesperson that I bought shoes from, called me and said that he had some nice Italian loafers in, because he knew that I was looking for some.
So, if you own a business, the consumer is who you want to reach. Without them you have nothing. Keeping them is the number one goal. How to do that is by personalizing and relationship building.
It just happens to be one of the most expensive ways to get and maintain customers.
What is needed by companies is to have employees that feel as strongly about providing customer service as the owners of companies do.
Finding those people are like digging for diamonds. They are indeed a rare asset for businesses.

a large number of issues in my previous impact me at present.
