only way that has worked for me and I have lived
in nine states is to grab a local newspaper and look at
available apts. you can go online to classifieds at the local paper website and surf for awhile...it is best if it is residential and part of another home/duplex or privately owned to get a number and reference of other renters to check it out. I usually look at about three at the time
