and have rebooted 3 times and losing friends addy:(

I am not a computer pro, but my personal opinion is that the computer/internet has yet to be perfected. Some of it is just too hard to comprehend! Put it in plain language please! Try asking Yahoo a question and wait and wait to see if you get an answer that is understandable.
