Alba, without a doubt. CT is just a little too fair skinned for my taste.
Besides, FHM has Charlize Theron at # 16 (100 Sexiest Women), down from #4 last year...while Alba is # 3, up from #22.
But then they have Scarlett Johansson as #1 and she leaves me cold...
