crawdads=looks like tiny lobster but lives in fresh water ponds & lakes.is great cooked cajen style.also makes good fish bait.

It's like a miniature lobster... (they really look like that). Usually cooked and eaten in a gumbo type mixture.

nasty is what it is....very popular in New Orleans...little red hard shelled fish that you eat by sucking the contents. Gross
