Well the first solution would be to move to a warmer climate. It that's not possible, magnets help aleviate pain. It's worth a try, and they aren't medicines you put in youur body.

Last year, I was introduced to an AMAZING all natural wellness system by a very close friend of mine. I am 43 years old, and I have been taking blood pressure meds for 6 years. Since I have been using the product, I am becoming healthier every day! I no longer need to take blood pressure medication, and my 18 year stretch of chronic low back and hip pain is completely gone thanks to this amazing product.

The air born ash from the Iceland volcano contribute to the extreme cold by preventing some of the Winter Sun's Radiation from hitting the Earth's surface. The unusual movement of air may also be enhanced by differences in temperature between zones where the ash cause dimming and zones where it is not.

I used to live in Indiana and had back pains that worsened in the winter. I started going to a chiropractor who only adjusted; he didn't do the other treatments that so many chiropractors call chiropractic (i.e. ultrasounds). It is called Gonstead. I have been totally pain free for 5 years, not to mention my migraines also went away.

This is going to sound strange, but removing Dairy and Wheat can profoundly alleviate back pain. Go to www.dogtorj.net and read his Pain Management Article if you like. The guy blew my mind, and after removing these two substances for only a few days, most people i consult who have tried it have found profound relief.

You could try apple cider vinegar. Three times daily, two tablespoons in a large glass of tepid water. You might want to rinse your mouth with lukewarm water and a pinch of baking soda afterward to countereffect the abrasive nature of the acid. You can find more info on http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html
It has helped me with several kinds of chronic pain. Good luck!
