Downloading music for free is illegal! Why can't people understand that? It is just the same as stealing a cd.
Example: A singer makes an album. One person buys the album (legally) for $.99. that person then sends it to all his friends and everyone else gets it from limewire. That singer then has to pay off record companies and house morgage and feed families and buy clothes, etc.

The ideal place to go would be www.limewire.com. But many times, Limewire allows viruses to infect the files so please be careful. However, if you're looking for quick and easy downloads, I have never had a problem with www.mp3shits.com. Just one note, all songs downloaded from this site must be deleted within 24 hours.
