All this is normal. You might find the further you get in your pregnancy you getting the same pain if you cough or sneeze and are not laying down...It is just the area stretching and making room. Same with when you are bending over. To help that just move slower.
Not having breast pain is fine too. Some people do not get it at all some people get it their entire pregnancy and some people only get it a short time.
Your body is going through many many changes right now. Enjoy your pregnancy and do not worry!!!

Yes all of the things that you describe are normal. The pain when you cough while laying on your back is very normal. Your insides are moving around and stretching to accommidate a life growing inside you, yeah it's normal that you have pain. You should really start looking into some loose fitting clothing. For your comfort and the that of the baby even if you aren't "big yet", you will be, why not be comfortable now? Breast tenderness does go away in the second trimester, but it will come back at the very end of your pregnancy, and it will be worse after, especially if you are planning on breast feeding. Hope that helps you.

It just sounds like your body is suffering from some fatigue and lack of nutrition to the muscles. Its very common in the first trimester for your body to be sore and tired. It's because your body isn't used to sharing all of its vitamins and such with someone else. If your muscles feel tired and achy, try a calcium supplement. You can tell your dr and he would probably recommend it. Other than that, be open with your dr and tell him all that is going on with your body. It is best to be safe and not sorry later! Congrats on your pregnancy. Babaies are a blessing in disguise :)

These symptoms all sound like "normal" pregnancy changes that your body is going through. Even though you are not big yet, your uterus is growing everyday. At 10 weeks it is rising out of your pelvis and half way to your belly button. It may not seem like much, but your body is having to make room and ligaments and surrounding structures in your body are finding new "homes" in your body. Just stay in tune with your body and be amazed at all the changes that you will notice. Beleive me...they are all worth it!! Enjoy!

Muscle soreness is a normal symptom of pregnancy. It occurs when your uterus is expanding and by your description, the location seems about right. But if it is very severe or lasts more than a couple of seconds, you should see your doctor or gynecologist about it.

It could just be where your tummy is now getting bigger and your lovely baby is growing inside you. If you are worried like any new mother would be at this stage ring up your midwife or GP and ask them if you could go down and see them. They are really good when you are pregnant, either the midwife will come and see you or you would have to go to your GP. Either way your mind would be a rest knowing that things are fine and some one professional has see to you and your lovely baby. All the best and hope you see some one just to put your mind at rest please.

Yes, the breasts are only sore in the beginning. I had those stitch pains early in my second pregnancy. (Can't remember if I did the first time around). I'm sure all is fine, mention it to your doctor at your next appointment and of course, if it gets worse or more often, call you doc immediately.

you will experience many different kinds of things during your pregnancy.. most will be normal...eat healthy and get exercise and take your pre-natal vitamins...try to not to worry... if you get in real bad pain then call your doctor.. try and keep all your doctors appointments also...but you could call the doctor if you are very uncomfortable just for reasurance....
