Am moving house in less than a week, considering getting NTL package deal, phone /BB/TV. Is it worth changing, is the service good?

NTL are awful, but Virgin recently bought them and won't be rebranding them until they have corrected the problems that NTL are notorious for; so there may be hope for NTL yet.
Before you go running to BT though, I believe they have as many problems.

No no no, please dont go with NTL, last year i signed up with them for TV & telephone for £25 per month only to find they have been taking £60 & £70 instead!! On top of that, they have been billing me for films i havnt seen and premium rate phone calls when i have been in work! (But they never sent me a monthly statement either) Reconsider NTL are con artists.
